This blog is not intended to be just about chiropractic – the manual treatment part anyway – as we feel there is more than enough information on our main chiropractic site for that. It will focus primarily on natural ways of improving vitality and wellness through dietary, fitness and lifestyle changes. We also hope to get a number of guests to post on their chosen fields.
While all our patients have their own individual specific aims and needs, more and more we are coming across similar dietary and motor functional imbalances that are a result of 21st century lifestyles. Our intention is to build a resource to share information on a range of topics that can help improve general health and well-being, as well as providing exercises and advice for specific conditions.
This was originally intended as resource for our existing patients but we also hope that everybody will be able to take something from it.
